I hope you are always happy with your order but do understand that sometimes you will want to return an item.
I will of course exchange or refund any item you are not happy with.
Do get in touch with me (email@example.com or 07739 885609), but general rules apply, making sure goods are returned in original condition, within 7 days of receipt, obtaining proof of postage when doing so. Recorded Delivery is best as it is not possible to refund items broken or lost during return transit.
Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please notify within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
